You understand that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, misunderstood, or inappropriate. No More Missed Calls does not guarantee that the AI receptionist will correctly understand or respond to every caller.
You are responsible for reviewing your business information, call-handling instructions, appointment settings, and other configurations. You remain responsible for the actions, representations, pricing, availability, and information provided to your customers.

Call recording and interception laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether recording or transcription is legally permitted for your particular calls and for providing any disclosures or obtaining any consents required by applicable law.
No More Missed Calls does not provide legal advice regarding call recording requirements.
If you opt in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from No More Missed Calls as described during the enrollment process.
SMS consent is not required to purchase our Services.
Certain Services require payment.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees. Prices, billing periods, included features, and usage limits will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in your account.
We may change pricing for future billing periods by providing appropriate notice.
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation procedures provided with your plan or account.

You retain ownership of information and content that you provide to us.
You grant No More Missed Calls the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and otherwise use that information to provide the Services.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to analyze, maintain, improve, and develop our Services, provided that such information does not reasonably identify you or an individual.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to No More Missed Calls for the Services during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless No More Missed Calls and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or violation of another person's rights.
